Price

The Big Countdown lifetime license costs $29 USD, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Local taxes (such as VAT) may be added at checkout depending on your country.

How payment works

• Payment is made by card or other methods shown at checkout, processed by our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card details.
• Your account is upgraded right after a successful payment. You will get a receipt by email.

14-day refund guarantee

If Big Countdown isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund, your account returns to the free plan.

Payment issues

• Charged but not upgraded? Sign out and back in. If it still shows the free plan, email us your receipt and we will fix it within 1 business day.
• Payment declined? Check card details, try another card, or contact your bank — some banks block international online payments by default.
• Charged twice? Email us and the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
• Didn't recognise a charge? Contact us before opening a dispute — we'll resolve it faster.
